Sylvain Bertrand is president of BBL Construction, a general contractor in construction. He is a member of the Order of Chartered Professional Accountants of Quebec, specializes in management accounting, graduated in commerce with a major in finance and accounting from McGill University and obtained his MBA from the University of Ottawa. He brings his expertise to his clients in the construction field, particularly in turnkey and design-built projects. He will bring to the Institut Innovation Gatineau his 30 years of experience.

A recognized business strategist in North America and Europe, he specializes in the development of multilateral partnerships, high-level executive networking and corporate finance. Mr. Guerpillon was recognized employer of the year in 2012 by the University of Ottawa.

Mikael Charrette is President of Well Asia Group, the COO of the WEllfunded Enterprise investment fund. He is also director of international business development at the Institut Innovation Gatineau. He studied Law at the University of Ottawa and completed a Bachelor of Common Law at the Faculty of Law at the University of Victoria in 2003. Mikael also completed his Master of Laws at City University of Hong Kong . He has served on several boards of directors and has a lot of experience with Chinese investors. Mikael is from Gatineau.

Luc Labbé has been a partner at Marcil Lavallée since January 2010. He has more than 13 years of experience as a chartered professional accountant, acquired mainly from clients working in various sectors or groups, public organizations and government agencies. Outside the professional field, Mr. Labbé is involved in the community on a voluntary basis in several non-profit organizations and by serving on several boards of directors.

 Steve Johnston is an electrical engineer with a Masters in Project Management (MGP) from the University of Quebec in Outaouais, as well as a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) completed at the University of Ottawa. He is a recognized entrepreneur with the ability to align technological investments and business vision, co-founder of three companies in three distinct fields, experienced information technology strategist and award-winning advisor. Its objective is to help the most companies to take advantage of technological tools, regardless of the sector of activity.



Hugo Larouche Trottier holds a bachelor's degree in biology and a master's degree in ecology. He taught at Cégep for 7 years. In his pre-teaching life, he started his catering business, working for several years in SMEs and in a family business context. He knows the supervision of projects and young people in apprenticeship, as well as the particular context of starting a business. Since December 2018, he has been in charge of LABoite, the innovation and entrepreneurship center of the Cégep de l'Outaouais.

Annie Drouin is General Manager at Simbol Test Systems Inc. An electrical engineer by training, she has held various management positions in the telecommunications industry.
